I cannot ship outside the USA, I cannot ship to Canada. A shipping and postage charge of $4.50 (for orders under $10.00) or $7.50 (for orders over $10.00) will automatically be added in the shopping cart. This will be USPS Priority Mail, usually delivered in 3 days or less.

The guarantee covers the stock but does not include the postage. Around 95% of my shipments are successful the first time. The guarantee does not cover postage. What this means is that I will send you replacements for items that don't survive the trip, but you have to pay the postage again for the reshipment. Sorry I cannot ship outside of the United States. No Exceptions Please! I use "breather bags" a new breathing shipping bag that allows the use of smaller boxes and unlimited air for the fish. I'm also using "bag buddies" a product that eliminates ammonia buildup in the shipping bags, tranquilizes the fish and generally makes for a safer trip for the fish. I ship all orders out on Saturdays by Priority Mail and have been having excellent results with the stock arriving on Monday or Tuesday.
